Im back!!!

Hello everyone we have moved into our new place and have settled in :D With sky and the internet insralled it means i can blog in peace whilst the other half is on his ps3! ....................... Only problem is Im waiting for the work surfaces to be delivered to complete my craft room so wont be crafting that much for a few more weeks but will keep you all posted.

Sooooo what have i been doing apart from mpving house???................I have been sending and recieving bits from my penpal Brigitte in Texas which has been great fun, I have started knitting again which I am currently knitting a multicoloured blanket but in a parchwork effect, this however is a very slow project as have alot going on at work (as usual) and still working on my craft room,  The last week or so has been beautiful weather so Ive been in the forest taking photos!! ,Sorting out the garden with our bbq, bird feeder and flowers, and last but not least having a new addition to our family.... Oscar the ginger kitten, hes very much a mummys boy and is currently led accross my chest as I write this :).

Well I have a few ideas on what to make for the next few months so Ill keep you all updated. As for now

im going to sort out all my bits for work tommorow as yet again I have picked up overtime!! work a holic !! take care everyone.

A Birthday present

Here is a birthday present for a friend of mine. I brought a 3D frame, used scripted and plain brown cardstock and added a few embellishments, one of which is on a spring (owl). As you can see my 3D acrylic glittery glue dots have been incorporated in my project yet again! Then to finish it all of I used my big shot to create my butterfly and glued it on useing pinflair.

Hello :D

Just a quick one today , well I had the chance over the weekend to relax!! Which is a first!! Sooooo I thought hmmmm I want to make  something to go in my new craft room.  So I thought i'd combine the 3D photo frames and some stamped letters..... But what word to stamp, so I just thought 'CRAFT' as its simple and straight to the point tee hee. ( I'd like to make one for our bedroom Aswell, soon they will be all over the house!!!) so I stamped a floral heart from the 'Chloe' range and coloured it in with my pro markers, added a few 3D glue dots and covered them with glitter :),

 .I will post the finished frames once we have moved as everything is in boxes. :(

Here are my xmas sweet extravaganza vases. I made them for all my work colleagues. Well their faces reminded me of a child in a candy store!!

I made them each keychains with individual charms and hung them on the front of the vases.

Tatting

Good afternoon from sunny yet cold England!
Well a friend of mine Manisha has introduced a new craft to me. Tatting! What is that I asked her, she explained to me what it was so I googled it and watched clips of it on YouTube, I get the general gist of it but I haven't a clue how to use a tatting shuttle. Does anyone from Southampton or near Southampton know anyone they can suggest to me so I can be taught in person?

At some point this week I will be uploading photos of my Christmas cards I made from a card making class with Sarah-Jane :)

I have had 'Craft Artist 2' for a few weeks now but haven't had the time to use it, so this evening whilst looking through my magazines that I purchased from the craft fare at the NEC yesterday!!! I thought Id put it to good use, I hope you like it :). Very girly!
